Deanna Fernandez, RN

I’m an advanced aesthetic practitioner and the founder of Radiant Aesthetics in Weatherford, Texas. I’m a lover of Jesus, wife, mom and DD to 4 beautiful granddaughters! I love spending time with my family, traveling to see the world, and sharing my faith. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, with most of my background in intensive care. In 2017, I found my true passion in aesthetics-where nursing, wellness, artistry, and beauty all come together. Caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. I believe I was called to nursing, and that same calling drives me today as I help my patients look and feel their very best. My approach is rooted in safety, integrity, and a commitment to natural, regenerative treatments that enhance your unique beauty. To ensure the highest level of care, l dedicate countless hours and money each year to advanced training, including cadaver labs and master injection courses. My goal is to continuously sharpen my skills so I can deliver the safest and most effective results possible. I am proud to bring big-city expertise to the Westoplex-so you don’t have to travel far for exceptional care. Driven by a passion for beauty and wellness, Janice brings over 29 years of nursing experience to her role at Radiant Aesthetics, combining a strong clinical foundation with a refined aesthetic approach. Her clinical expertise, paired with advanced aesthetic training, allows her to deliver safe, natural looking results tailored to each client’s unique features and goals.
Her services include Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, IV vitamin therapy, and medically guided weight loss using GLP-1 medications. Prior to joining Radiant Aesthetics, Janice owned her own aesthetic practice, where she earned a reputation for her meticulous technique and subtle, beautiful results.
Janice is committed to ongoing advanced training to ensure she’s offering the safest, most effective aesthetic treatments available.
Janice’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that the best cosmetic work is virtually undetectable, leaving clients looking refreshed and well rested, never overdone. She offers convenient evening and Saturday appointments to accommodate even the busiest schedules.

Meet Madilyn! She’s the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk into Radiant Aesthetics. Madilyn is a strong believer in her Christian faith and a proud dog mom to her miniature dachshund, Hank. She has completed MA school and is now assisting Deanna during procedures as well as performing venipuncture. In addition to her roles at the front desk, and medical assisting, Madilyn is also the creative mind behind the fun social media content and the funny reels you may have seen! She’s excited to grow in the field and looks forward to helping make every visit a great experience. Madilyn absolutely loves being in the aesthetics world and watching you enhance your inner beauty, there’s nothing better than seeing your confidence thrive!

Welcome to my corner of the beauty world! My name is Amy Martin, and I am a passionate Aesthetician for the past 15+ yrs. I am dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through advanced skincare techniques and innovative treatments. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Las Vegas, where I found my passion for Waxing which led me the field of Aesthetics. After my foundational training, I furthered my expertise as a Professional Laser Technician (PLT) and a Laser Safety Officer (LSO) at the National Laser Institute. Here, I developed a comprehensive understanding of laser technology.

Radiant Aesthetics is the heart of my wife Deanna’s vision, a place where beauty and confidence come together, guided by her faith and one of her favorite verse, Psalms 34:5. I’m honored to support her as Practice Manager, helping make every patient experience seamless and welcoming. I bring a diverse background to the role, starting my career as an automotive mechanic, then working on heavy equipment, and later owning an automotive repair shop and used car lot for over a decade. My favorite part of working here is seeing a client come in seeking help and leave feeling like a new person. Around here, we like to say, “Enhancing beauty, Radiating Confidence,” and I’m proud to be part of making that happen every day.
