Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or receiving services at Radiant Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Good Faith Exam Requirement

In accordance with Texas Medical Board regulations and applicable state law, a good faith exam by a licensed medical provider is required prior to receiving any medical aesthetic treatment, including but not limited to neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, hormone replacement therapy, PRP treatments, and prescription-based services. This exam may be conducted in person or, via telehealth. No medical treatment will be administered without a valid good faith exam on file.  Cost of the good faith exam is $20.

2. Age Requirements

All patients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at Radiant Aesthetics. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at or before your first appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results from treatments vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. All treatment decisions are made on an individual basis following a proper consultation and good faith exam with a licensed provider. Nothing on this website should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Radiant Aesthetics makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results from any treatment or service. Individual results depend on many factors including skin type, age, health history, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment instructions.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Radiant Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at our sole discretion, including when treatment is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, reschedules or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of $150. We understand that life happens, but repeated no-shows affect our ability to serve all of our patients. Patients with two or more no-shows may be dismissed from the practice and will no longer be able to schedule appointments at either of our locations.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards, HSA/FSA (for medical conditions), Cherry Financing, Care Credit, checks, and cash. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services. Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable.

8. Consent Forms

Certain treatments require a signed informed consent form prior to service. Consent forms will be provided at or before your appointment. You have the right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time before a procedure begins.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site. All content on this website is the property of Radiant Aesthetics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Parker County or Hood County, Texas, as applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
